The role reports to the Senior Team Manager Client Due Diligence Transactional and contributes to ensuring a transparent and well-controlled investment process across Alternative and Illiquid strategies:Your responsibilities:As our KYC Analyst, you will:Perform AML/KYC due diligence on transactions across the Alternatives and Illiquid Investment platform (Real Estate, Infrastructure, Direct Lending, Private Equity).
Contribute to the improvement of due-diligence processes, documentation practices and supporting systems, ensuring clarity and traceability of new and ongoing transactions.
Assist in the implementation of regulatory changes and participate in cross-functional project activities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, business partners and second-line control functions, ensuring clear and timely communication of relevant issues.We are looking for:Experience in AML/KYC, Compliance or Financial Crime functions within financial services; prior exposure to Asset Management or Alternatives is preferred.
Good understanding of investment transaction processes; knowledge of Alternative or Illiquid investments is an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German language proficiency is considered an advantage.
Ability to work independently and reliably, with a structured approach to prioritizing tasks.
