- Respond to tech inquiries via the help desk support software.
- Inform customers about IT products and services.
- Walk customers step-by-step through the problem-solving process.
- Help with troubleshooting hardware and software.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory service.
- Communicate customer feedback to the appropriate internal team members.
- Provided comprehensive support for Microsoft 365 applications and tools, assisting users with functionality.
- You will bring your expertise to bear on various technical environments such as Windows, Office, Outlook, etc.
- You will have at least 2 years' experience in a helpdesk technician role (alternating work experience will be taken into account).
- You are passionate about IT and problem solving.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- You have a strong sense of customer service.
- Your motivation and commitment are key to your success in this role.
- You have a good level of conversational English & french. German is a plus.
