You will help us identify and source the best instructors, develop learning and performance improvement solutions across traditional and virtual classroom environments, and consult with other areas of the Firm to ensure our curriculums and initiatives support the PwC strategy.Be a part of our team where you will:
  • Help us organize different learning events (both in-house and off-site);
  • Manage participants’ list, invitations, schedules, trainers’ evaluations, invoices;
  • Update training materials;
  • Contribute to the improvement of the solutions by collecting and analysing feedbacks and identifying how to better meet the development objectives (e.g. through adaptation of the content, educational approach, digital vs classroom etc.);
  • Collaborate closely with the PwC Internal training team for the implementation of the training plans;
  • Assist the L&D team in the firm’s training plans’ deployment: implementation and monitoring of training courses, monitoring of attendances, preparation of reports, communication;
  • Respond quickly and effectively to internal customer queries.

  • Are currently studying for a Master’s degree or equivalent, with an interest in HR;
  • Have a good command of Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills in English (French will be considered an asset);
  • Have an interest in the new learning technologies and in digital learning solutions;
  • Have good organisational and communication skills;
  • Are rigorous and autonomous;
  • Are open minded and eager to learn.
