  • Gather and analyze business requirements; produce functional specifications.
  • Perform data mapping between internal systems and the SaaS platform.
  • Document interfaces and data flows (APIs, file exchanges, etc.).
  • Draft test cases and scenarios for UAT.
  • Provide UAT support: coordinate testing, track defects, validate fixes.
  • Collaborate with external providers to ensure timely delivery and quality.
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory reporting obligations (MiFID II, EMIR, SFTR or similar).
  • Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst in financial or regulatory environments.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory transaction reporting (MiFID II, EMIR, SFTR).
  • Expertise in data mapping and integration flows.
  • Proven experience in writing functional and technical documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with test case design and UAT coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
Technical Skills:
  • XML, VBA, SQL for data validation.
  • Familiarity with Transaction Reporting SaaS platforms (ideally S&P Cappitech).
  • Understanding of financial system architectures.
Soft Skills:
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a project-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
