Our client, based in Luxembourg, is a law firm. In order to strengthen its teams and to respond to an increase in activity, this firm is looking for a lawyer / legal expert in corporate law and financial law with the following profile:

Mission

Main tasks :
  • You Assist and advise clients on commercial and/or financial transactions
  • You will draft and review agreements and transactional documents
  • You will follow up on client requests and participate in client meetings or conference calls
  • You will follow up on legal issues relating to business and finance and conduct legal research
  • You enjoy being part of a team
Profil

Profile required :
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in the field of corporate or financial law, ideally in Luxembourg
  • You have a master's degree (or similar) in law, ideally complemented by a postgraduate degree
  • You are fluent in German, French and English. Any other language is an asset.
  • You are a motivated, hard-working and independent person
  • You are open-minded and solution-oriented.
