Job DescriptionRSM Luxembourg is a member of the RSM International network represented in 120+ countries, the world's 6th largest network of audit, tax and consulting firms.With a team of around 150 employees, RSM in Luxembourg is a strong medium-sized organization with a sound human touch and solid values.RSM Financial Services Luxembourg is a regulated CSSF PSF providing central administration and transfer agency services to Alternative Investment Funds, with a strong focus on Private Equity and Real Estate funds.RSM Financial Services Luxembourg is currently looking for a dynamic person with the following profile:Manager – Fund Services & Operations (m/f)We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Investment Fund Services team as a Manager.In this role, you will oversee all fund operations and lead a team responsible for Transfer Agency and Investor Relations. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence across the full lifecycle of Private Equity and Alternative Investment Funds. You will act as a contact person and coordinator between clients, investors and related third parties relating to Transfer Agency (TA) mattersYour main tasks will be:Lead and manage the Transfer Agency and Investor Relations team (TA team), ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Oversee all fund operations, including capital activity processing, investor reporting.
Coordinate fund lifecycle TA events, such as launches, restructurings, and liquidations in accordance with fund documentation (LPA, PPM, etc.).
Ensure the review and maintenance of shareholders/unit holders’ registers and investor reports.
Process and control capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, redemptions, and share/unit transfers.
Calculate waterfall distributions and investor equalizations.
Ensure timely and accurate FATCA/CRS reporting.
Support automation and digitalization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams (Accounting, CRM, Legal, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Assist in year-end audits for TA matters and liaise with external auditors.
Manage and update internal procedures and controls.
Train and mentor team members, fostering professional development.
Lead and contribute to local and global RSM network projects.Your profile:· Minimum 7–8 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within alternative investment funds’ sector (e.g. private equity, real estate, private debt…).· Auditor profile would be considered as an advantage.· Strong understanding of fund documentation (LPA, PPM, etc.) and fund structures.· Proven analytical skills and ability to work confidently with figures.· Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.· Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.· Strong academic record and professional integrity.· Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).· Demonstrated interest in financial markets and the investment fund industry.Why join us?You will be joining a highly collaborative, multicultural and caring team.
