Mid-Level Associate Banking & Finance - International Law Firm, Prestigious Network

• Advise banks, private-equity houses and corporates on secured/unsecured lending, acquisition finance, refinancings and other sophisticated deals.
• Draft, review and negotiate facility agreements, security packages, intercreditor arrangements and related documents.
• Coordinate multi-jurisdictional matters: liaise with overseas offices, manage local counsel and ensure seamless, timely delivery.
• Monitor EU- and Luxembourg-level regulatory developments, preparing client alerts and internal know-how.
• Support and coach junior associates on drafting and transaction management while taking charge of defined workstreams.

• Profile & career path | 4 + years – Finance focus – Language skills
• 4–6 years’ experience as a Banking & Finance lawyer in Luxembourg, ideally in an international or top-tier domestic practice.
• Fluent in English and French; German is a strong plus for DACH-related mandates.
• Robust drafting skills, commercial acumen and the confidence to work autonomously while keeping partners informed.
• Admitted to List I or List IV of the Luxembourg Bar (or another EU Bar with eligibility to register).
