- Analytical maintenance of the LIH accounts;
- Support the preparation of VAT declarations;
- Support the reconciliation and analysis of balance sheet accounts;
- Support the preparation of legal reporting and the annual accounts of the Institute.
- The point of contact for projects and statutory audit areas falling within their area of responsibility.
- Higher education in accounting (Bac+3);
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Luxembourg, ideally within a public and/or research institution;
- Demonstrated experience in managing general and analytical accounting; experience with external funding (e.g. FNR, European Commission, charity) is an asset;
- Excellent command of accounting standards and principles, as well as VAT;
- Familiar with one or more accounting software (ERP); Odoo experience is a strong asset;
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel (advanced level);
- You are autonomous, methodical, and rigorous;

- Language skills: Perfect command of French and English, both orally and in writing.
