You will draft and review essential documentation, including loan agreements, security agreements, and financial instruments.
You will negotiate terms on behalf of your clients with counterparties.
As you evolve to a Senior Associate role in the future, you will train junior lawyers as part of your responsibilities.
You will provide clients with advice on banking and finance matters.
You will work closely with a Senior Associate, Counsel and Partner in ensuring your technical development.

Profile and Career Path | Law – Finance – Regulatory – Banking - Lawyer

You have at least 2 years of experience as a banking & finance lawyer in Luxembourg, which will help you feel comfortable in your role.
To ensure effective communication with clients and third parties, you are fluent in both French and English.
You consider yourself proactive and dynamic, enabling you to meet deadlines and satisfy your clients.
Being registered on List I or IV of the Luxembourg Bar is essential for this position.

You will earn a salary of up to €110,000 gross per year, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable standard of living.
To reward your hard work, an annual bonus will be offered to you that can reach several months of salary.
