6-month contract + extensionsMAIN DUTIES :
- Follow-up of Governance files;
- Scheduling and coordination meetings, events and other similar activities;
- Handling correspondences and administrative tasks related;
- Coordinating and resolving day-to-day administrative problems & works;
- Performing multifaceted general office support;
- Follow up of department archives;
- Management of the Governance email box.
- Maintenance of corporate files in good order: preparing, filing and organizing the storage of corporate legal documents;
- Preparation of Commissions/Committees and Board Meetings agendas & Minutes;
- Support the Governance & HR Manager and Officer in projects and tasks;
- Assist in Governance Policies/Procedures review;
- Keeping up to date with any regulations or policies that might affect the bank;
- At least 6 months experience in a similar position is required;
- A first experience or studies in the legal field is a plus
- Bac + 2 required
- Fluency in English and Portuguese. French is considered as a plus;
- Communications skills and problems solving;
- Organizational skills; Discretion with confidential information;
- Able to work independently;
- Good use of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat;
