MANPOWER Luxembourg SA recruits for one of its clients, a well known bank, located in Kirchberg :Governance Assistant (m/f/x)
6-month contract + extensionsMAIN DUTIES :
  • Follow-up of Governance files;
  • Scheduling and coordination meetings, events and other similar activities;
  • Handling correspondences and administrative tasks related;
  • Coordinating and resolving day-to-day administrative problems & works;
  • Performing multifaceted general office support;
  • Follow up of department archives;
  • Management of the Governance email box.
  • Maintenance of corporate files in good order: preparing, filing and organizing the storage of corporate legal documents;
  • Preparation of Commissions/Committees and Board Meetings agendas & Minutes;
  • Support the Governance & HR Manager and Officer in projects and tasks;
  • Assist in Governance Policies/Procedures review;
  • Keeping up to date with any regulations or policies that might affect the bank;
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS :
  • At least 6 months experience in a similar position is required;
  • A first experience or studies in the legal field is a plus
  • Bac + 2 required
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese. French is considered as a plus;
  • Communications skills and problems solving;
  • Organizational skills; Discretion with confidential information;
  • Able to work independently;
  • Good use of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat;
