  • You will be responsible for the corporate and administrative management of companies linked to investment funds.
  • You will handle communications with notaries, banks, and the CSSF.
  • You will ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and maintain shareholder registers.
  • You will liaise directly with clients and advise them on corporate matters such as capital increases, change of seat, and other strategic decisions.
Profile and Career Path | PSF – Senior Corporate Officer – Legal - SPV
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in corporate administration or a similar field;
  • A degree in Law or Business Administration is an asset;
  • You speak fluent English and have a good command of French, which will be helpful in dealing with international clients and internal teams;
  • You are highly organized, autonomous, and driven to provide high-quality service
