If you're ready to make a difference with the world's leading provider of automation technology, kick-start your career with FANUC!Your MissionAs Manager Pricing, you will take full responsibility for the European pricing strategy – from conception and implementation to analysis and control. You will ensure sustainable profitability across our products and customers in Europe and drive pricing excellence within an international matrix organization. You act as a trusted partner to Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and top management, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution and shaping the optimal pricing strategies across functions.Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement European pricing strategies, frameworks, and governance
  • Set and manage sales prices in close coordination with the Sales organization
  • Serve as the interface between European Sales teams and HQ in Japan
  • Analyze margins, provide recommendations, and report to management
  • Oversee pricing systems and data quality, and support the transition of pricing processes to SAP S/4HANA
  • Lead pricing activities for international customers and coordinate special approvals
  • Lead, develop, and coach the Pricing team and drive strategic projects
Your Profile
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
  • At least 8 years of experience in Pricing, Controlling, or Product Management
  • Deep expertise in pricing strategies, cost calculation, and profitability analysis
  • Experience with transfer pricing and intercompany pricing models
  • Proven leadership experience and strong international stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset, solid data analysis skills, and experience handling large datasets
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in additional European languages is a plus
