You will be ensure that appropriate controls and monitoring are in place on our IT service providers and delegations with a specific focus on data governance and controls following the principles of "need to know" and "least privileged".Your TeamThis individual will be part of the IT Oversight team. You'll be directly reporting into a Line Manager.Your Responsibilities
  • Implement and perform a comprehensive monitoring, evaluation and reporting mechanism on all IT related tools and outsourced service providers in order to meet the regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure appropriate accesses are provided to the end-users (employees, delegates, contractors, clients) to the IT applications
  • Maintain an IT Global Systems Overview
  • Maintain the Cloud register
  • Maintain an IT system tool overview per delegation
  • Capture any compliance gaps particularly regarding data protection with our 3rd party service providers and delegates.
  • Support various IT external audits
Your Profile
  • Experience with audits such as ISAE 3402, SOC audit report strongly appreciated
  • 2-3 years in a similar role
  • Project management skills
  • Any experience on Data Security, IT Security would be appreciated.
  • Exposure to CSSF regulatory regulations, CNPD, GDPR.
  • Understanding of Cloud computing, Network, IT application development life cycle.
  • Review of IT Service Level Agreements & Contracts
  • Extensive knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards, analytical and process/numeracy thinking skills
  • Self-motivated, organized in order to meet tight deadlines and flexible to new ideas
  • Strong issue resolution skills with a focus on risk controls and client focus
  • Fluent in English (written & oral) - additional Languages (e.g. French, German, Italian and/or Spanish) are considered as an advantage
