- Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the satellite telecommunications sector.
- Identify, engage, and develop relationships with prospective clients and strategic partners to expand the company’s presence in Luxembourg and international markets.
- Lead complex negotiations and successfully close high-value commercial agreements while ensuring alignment with company objectives and delivering strong value to customers.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and technical teams to align sales initiatives with broader business strategies and product roadmaps.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and product development.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analyses to track progress against targets and identify growth opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant professional certifications are considered a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in sales and business development, ideally within the satellite telecommunications industry or a related high-tech sector.
- Strong understanding of satellite communications markets, customer segments, and industry trends, with the ability to translate market insights into commercial opportunities.
- Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding ambitious sales targets, securing strategic partnerships, and driving sustainable business growth in competitive markets.
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies, identifying new revenue streams, and contributing to long-term commercial growth.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners and internal stakeholders.
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is required. Nice to have knowledge of Luxembourgish and/or German.
