  • You will be responsible for the structuring of investment funds.
  • You will provide strategic advice on structuring cross-border transactions.
  • Ensuring corporate services for certain aspects of company administration will be part of your daily tasks.
  • You will draft legal opinions.
  • Reviewing legal documents, including contracts, will be among your key responsibilities.
  • You will maintain direct communication with clients and third parties such as notaries and lawyers.
Profile and Career Path | Attorney – Investment Funds – Law - Finance
  • You have at least 5 years of experience as a lawyer specializing in investment funds in Luxembourg, providing you with a strong understanding of your future portfolio.
  • Fluency in both German and English is required to ensure effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills are essential to meet deadlines and manage responsibilities efficiently.
  • Admission to the bar is required to fully perform in this role.
