Growth is at the heart of our company, and it’s a continuous journey for both the organization and the people who make it thrive.We are looking for a Senior Associate Client Onboarding Team on a permanent contract.As a Senior Associate in the Client Onboarding Team, you will play a pivotal role in managing client onboarding process and relationships and corporate governance for Luxembourg-based companies. Your responsibilities include:
  • Establish contact with the client and understand their business objectives, corporate structure requirements, and regulatory considerations.
  • Gather all necessary documentation from the client, collect information required for KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance, perform due diligence and compliance checks and preparation of the internal Client Acceptance process.
  • Draft and review incorporation documents, define governance structures, board composition, and shareholder rights in line with the client’s objectives.
  • Organize the necessary documents for filing with Luxembourg authorities.
  • Assist with opening bank accounts and preparing associated documentation.
  • Handover the client to the relevant operational and relationship management teams for ongoing corporate services. Provide guidance on corporate governance obligations, reporting requirements, and transaction support.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional development and maintain a high level of service.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Your Profile:
  • Master’s degree in Law, with a specialization in corporate or business law.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a corporate legal role, ideally within Luxembourg.
  • In-depth understanding of Luxembourg corporate law and related international legal frameworks.
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing client relationships effectively.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
