  • You will handle the legal set-up and fund structuring of Alternative Investment Funds, particularly in the Private Equity and Real Estate industries.
  • You will contribute to legal monitoring activities and regulatory updates, ensuring your clients are always one step ahead.
  • You will advise and support clients on a wide range of fund-related matters, including drafting and negotiating legal documentation.
  • You will also guide junior associates, support their growth and contribute to the team's knowledge base.
Profile and Career Path | Legal – Law Firm – Funds – Avocat – Avocat à la Cour - Fonds
  • You have at least 7 years of experience as a lawyer specialized in funds (mainly AIF), within the investment fund department of a law firm in Luxembourg.
  • Experience in an international law firm is considered an additional asset.
  • You are fluent in both English and French; proficiency in German is considered a strong asset though not a prerequisite.
  • You are comfortable working autonomously, and your proactive mindset allows you to manage complex files with confidence.
  • You demonstrate long-term vision in your career path, with a preference for stable and high-quality professional environments.

  • You will benefit from a gross annual salary of up to €150.000 on an independent status, depending on your experience and seniority. This competitive salary ensures a comfortable standard of living and supports long-term projects such as property investments or family plans.
