Furthermore, that also means that you are in contact daily with lawyers with an excellent and diverse expertise.With a team composed of around 30 people in Luxembourg, you will fully enjoy a multilingual and multicultural environment with colleagues from all levels of experience and their own goals and objectives.You will also have the chance to evolve throughout the years and achieve positions such as Counsel or even Partner in time, in a law firm that recognizes the people’s daily investment.Your Responsibilities | Investment Fund Lawyer – Investment Funds – Law – Law Firm

You take care of the set-up and structuring of your clients, being primarily unregulated and regulated investment funds.
You of course draft all necessary legal documentation such as articles of association or Limited Partnership Agreements, and all contracts necessary to the set-up.
You maintain a strong relationship with your clients and offer counsel on the best possible strategy in terms of investments.
You are in charge of the legal surveillance in order to apply any recent legal developments.

Profile and Career Path | Investment Fund Lawyer – Investment Funds – Law – Law Firm

With at least 5 years of experience as an investment fund lawyer in a law firm in Luxembourg, you have been able to focus on offering a quality-oriented service.
You can easily communicate in English, meaning that you can hold professional conversations without any issue with international clients. You will deal with regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds.
You of course obtained a Master degree in Law and your CCDL. You are also very interested in the investment industry in Luxembourg.
You enjoy coaching and have had the opportunity to do so, or you would like to act as a mentor for trainees and less experienced associates.
You have a stable career path and care about investment yourself long-term in a law firm.

This law firm is willing to offer a very competitive annual gross remuneration that could reach € 140.000 (employee status), with an additional discretionary bonus and meal vouchers (10.80 €).
