The team is in charge of performing and overviewing reconciliations on equities, bonds, futures, options, swaps, forward exchanges (abbreviated to Stock) and reconciliations on cash.The key responsibilities of the role include:
  • ensure timely and accurate reconciliations
  • perform and oversee of stock and cash reconciliations in TLMP and excel
  • follow up of stock and cash breaks
  • control of cash receivable and payable accounts
  • prepare of monthly stock and cash reports and KPI
  • main contact point for requests from fund auditors
  • provide deliverables for management reports and statistics
  • participate in system developments for reconciliation and other
  • improve processes for a more efficient service
  • co-ordination and cooperation with the wider teams involved in the reconciliation processes
  • work in close collaboration with the respective services at the custodian bank
Skills/ Qualifications:The successful candidate will benefit from having:
  • a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance
  • Experience in reconciliation respectively in Fund Accounting
  • knowledge of reconciliation tool TLM
  • an understanding of accounting principles
  • strong technical and analytical skills
  • a good command of Microsoft Excel
  • knowledge of accounting system GP3 is considered a plus
  • good leadership, team work and communication skills
  • detail oriented, with structured, organized, methodical planning skills
  • proactive, with strong interpersonal skills (noticeable even when under pressure)
  • capable of understanding teams needs and translating them into solutions
  • fluent in English, French and German are considered a plus
