We are focused on empowering our clients to modernize their infrastructures with cutting-edge Cloud technologies and solutions.Job DescriptionAs a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in modernizing the digital workplace for our clients. You will bridge the gap between legacy systems and modern cloud architectures, ensuring secure, efficient, and collaborative environments.What you will do:

Architecture & Collaboration: Collaborate closely with architects and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions;
Implementation & Maintenance: Deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 solutions as well as on-premises infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance;
Migration Leadership: Lead and support complex migration projects from on-premises environments (legacy systems) to the Microsoft 365 cloud;
Operational Support: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing ongoing operational support and performance tuning of Microsoft environments;
Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, gather technical requirements, and deliver tailored solutions that add real value;
Knowledge Sharing: Conduct training sessions, create detailed documentation, and foster knowledge sharing with IT teams and end-users to ensure the long-term success of implemented solutions.

QualificationsWhat we are looking forTechnical-skills:

Cloud Expertise: Solid hands-on experience with Entra ID, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Intune;
Legacy Background: Strong background in managing Active Directory, Exchange Server, and SCCM;
Security & Compliance: Deep understanding of Microsoft security and compliance features, including Defender, Purview, and Conditional Access;
Migration Experience: Proven expertise in legacy systems and experience managing migration projects to Azure;
Languages: Fluency in both French AND English.

Softskills:Strong communication | Adaptability | Collaborative spiritNice-to-have:

Certifications: Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-700, MS-500, MS-102, SC-300);
Extended Stack: Experience with SharePoint Online Architecture and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
