  • You will be involved in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to M&A and corporate transactions, such as share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and due diligence reports.
  • You will assist senior lawyers in the coordination of cross-border deals, liaising with clients, international offices, and external advisors to ensure smooth transaction execution.
  • You will be expected to conduct legal research and prepare internal notes or client-facing memos on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters relevant to the transactions.
  • You will take part in due diligence exercises, including reviewing corporate documents and identifying legal risks in target companies.
  • You will follow up on post-closing matters, such as corporate filings, preparation of closing binders, and liaising with notaries or local authorities when needed.
Profile and Career Path | Law – Regulatory – Corporate – M&A – Attorney – International
  • You have at least 5 months of experience as a lawyer in Corporate/M&A, or you have completed several internships within law firms in Luxembourg, allowing you to feel confident and comfortable in this environment.
  • You are fluent in both French and English, enabling you to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients in a multicultural and international context.
  • You demonstrate strong motivation and a proactive mindset. Becoming a trusted and reputable lawyer requires dedication and effort, and the firm is committed to supporting your development and giving back to you many times over.
  • You have obtained the CCDL or are planning to register for it in the near future.
