As the Luxembourg branch continues to develop, they are looking to strengthen their Operations team with a Junior Operations Officer – Securities & Cash.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated junior professional looking to start or develop their career within banking operations and financial services.As part of the Operations team, you will support the daily activities related to securities and cash operations, working closely with senior team members.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting senior team members in client servicing activities and operational processesEnsuring adherence to internal procedures and operational standardsExecuting assigned operational controls with accuracy and diligenceContributing to the continuous improvement of departmental processesBooking client instructions in the core banking system (cash and securities)Responding to client requests in a timely and professional mannerAssisting with reconciliation processes for both cash and securitiesYour Profile :University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Scientific disciplines or similarProfessional attitude, strong attention to detail and willingness to learnGood interpersonal and communication skillsBasic knowledge of the funds industryBasic understanding of regulations such as UCITS V, AIFMD, MiFID II, CRS, FATCA, AML/CFTAbility to handle confidential information with discretionGood time management and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeFamiliarity with SWIFT Alliance is considered an assetFluent English required; Italian and/or Spanish would be an advantageInterested in this opportunity?Apply now directly through our website or in applying in this offer
