Our Client: A well-established life insurer, is looking for a new Head of Compliance to lead the function and a small team. Your Missions: · Overseeing the Compliance department and lead the team · Being the point of contact for the CAA for AML issues · Overseeing the Compliance Monitoring Plan et Audit recommendations · Drafting and diffusion of internal applicable policies · Validation of internal processes in line with regulations and policies · Manage the department’s reporting · Collaborate with other departments on Compliance topics. · Develop a Compliance culture by organising trainings or meeting to raise awareness on Compliance themes · Participate on several transversal projects Your Profile: · Master 2 degree in Finance; Economy; Insurance or Legal · Experience of minimum 5 years within the life insurance or private banking in a similar role · Good knowledge of the LU life insurance market and Unit Linked products · Strong knowledge in AML/CT, Investor Protection & Data regulations · First experience in management is a plus but not mandatory · Mastery of Office · Fluency in English & French · Strong analytical and synthetic mindset with a capacity in resolving issues and offering solutions Halian Search: Halian Search, part of Halian Group, are specialists offering a customer centric permanent recruitment service with a tailor-made solution supporting the ...
