- Act as a subject-matter expert to promote our multi-asset, risk premia, and systematic strategies, leveraging your investment expertise and strong commercial acumen
- Develop and maintain high-quality marketing materials (e.g. pitchbooks, market updates, product presentations), clearly articulating key differentiators and tailored messaging for institutional, wholesale, and advisory client segments
- Partner closely with Sales by supporting client meetings, roadshows, and conferences as an investment specialist
- Respond to client and Sales inquiries in a timely, accurate, and detail-oriented manner
- Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis of investment strategies and asset classes, including benchmarking against competitors
- Contribute to and manage Request for Proposal (RFP) processes for institutional and wholesale clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales, Product Management, and key internal stakeholders across the organisation
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Have a genuine passion for financial markets, combined with the ability to position investment strategies in a clear and compelling way
- Deliver consistently high-quality output within tight deadlines in a performance-driven setting
- Show flexibility and willingness to travel across NAM's key markets when required
- A degree in finance, economics or related studies.5+ years Experience in an investment specialist, investment analyst or similar role
- Great skills in written and spoken English. German language will be considered an additional asset
- Genuine interest for investment with a good level of analytical skills
- Team-oriented person with experience in priority setting, ensuring timely delivery and acting within a multi-cultural environment
- Understanding of the needs of clients and sales within an Institutional and Wholesale distribution context of an Asset Manager would be desirable
- Studying for or being a CFA Charterholder or a similar qualification would be considered as an additional asset
