Job DescriptionERI BANCAIRE LUXEMBOURG S.A. is currently expanding its activities and is looking for :Commercial Executive Assistant / Sales Assistant(Permanent Contract – Full time)Your roleAs a key member of the Sales department, you will provide essential administrative and organizational support to help drive client development and prospecting activities.You will play a central role in ensuring the smooth coordination of sales operations and supporting business growth.Your responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the administrative follow-up of the Sales department’s activities
  • Maintain and update prospect and client databases
  • Track prospecting activities and ensure proper follow-up of client interactions
  • Prepare, organise, and archive all relevant documentation
  • Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and materials for external and internal use
  • Handle internal and external communications, including correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and prospecting-related events
  • Produce and update reports, dashboards, and activity tracking tools
  • Produce analytical insights using external market intelligence and internal sales pipeline data
  • Assist the Sales Director with planning and monitoring activities
  • Organize business travel (flights, hotels, transport) and manage related administrative procedures
  • Liaise seamlessly with other Executive Assistants
Your profile
  • Degree in higher education (minimum Bachelor’s level or equivalent), preferably in administration
  • Proven experience of several years in a Sales Assistant or similar role (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of the financial services and technology industries is considered an asset
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HubSpot CRM tools
  • Knowledge of other sales tools, such as Responsive, is considered an asset
  • Excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of German, Luxembourgish, or other European language is considered an asset
