To further strengthen our organization, we are looking for a motivated Segment Manager for the Construction Industry.Due to the size and complexity of this market, you will share the responsibility of this segment with a co-Segment Manager, and working closely together to lead, develop, and grow this segment.
Your tasks:

Define and drive the segment strategy, ensuring alignment with division goals, customer needs, and overall sales growth
Monitor market and segment developments to identify opportunities, risks, and new growth areas
Oversee pricing and profitability, managing margins and ensuring strong financial performance
Lead product strategy and lifecycle, shaping roadmaps and working closely with cross-functional teams
Support business development and key accounts, collaborating with Sales and providing strong application expertise

Your profile:

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business Management, supported by a strong technical and commercial mindset and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes
You are a true team player, with strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills, able to work effectively across different functions and cultures
You are fluent in English, with French or German preferred, any additional language is considered an advantage
You are willing to be based at our Headquarters in Luxembourg and to travel internationally (20-40%)
You have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, collaborate effectively, and engage with stakeholders at all levels
