- As a manager you will use experience you have acquired in the past as well as excellent organizational skills, sound judgment, the ability to prioritize tasks, and strong personal character to help your team perform and grow. - As the central point of contact for your accounts, capable of identifying and anticipating possible problem areas, you will be able to accurately measure potential risks, and, therefore you will be able to offer suitable solutions to the clients and satisfy their overall needs. You will guarantee all operational aspects of the account and you will be responsible for the transfer agency activity of the client portfolio, resource allocation, coaching and recruitment.
- You will manage the relationships with other service providers in the industry, including auditors, law firms, and banks.
- You will oversee the coordination and validation all work delivered by the team according to the timelines agreed
- You will actively be involved in internal projects (e.g. product development, organizational improvements, technical improvements, invoicing).
- You will supervise junior members of the team in managing subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, transfers, conversions, commitments, investor account and subaccount opening is a prerequisite.
- Client-oriented attitude.
- You have 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Several years of experience in Private Equity, Debt Fund or Hedge Fund Administration including transfer agency and register keeping
- Strong product and business knowledge, supported by the ability to demonstrate an in depth understanding of end-to-end operational processes
- First hand experience administering semi-open ended and open-ended funds is a strong advantage
- Experience and proficiency with Multifonds Global Investor is a must
- Experience using other fund administration and TA systems is a plus
- You are fluent in English (knowledge of French and/or German will be considered as an asset)
