Production Operator LAM (F/M/X)

• Operation of a small number of machines and work stations within a production line according to work instructions, including applicable Quality and HSE guidelines
• Removal of products from the machines
• Monitoring of processes, inspection of quality/safety characteristics
• Escalation of any detected concerns and problems (Quality and Safety) in line with escalation procedures
• Performing work station 5S activities and total production maintenance (TPM) in line with standard operating procedures
• Involvement in continuous improvement process
• Operate in 3 or 4 shifts according to the demand

• Experience in an industrial environment and/or basic level of technical qualifications
• Understanding of work steps and standard operating procedures of the specific machines and work stations
• Understanding of applicable HSE guidelines, quality and other relevant standards in the production
• Basic understanding of customer specific requirements and significant/critical characteristics (SC/CC)
• Flexibility and willingness to keep learning new things
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural Team
• Fluent in English, French and/or German
