In this critical role, you'll be on the front lines of our guest experience-ensuring our homes are in perfect condition, resolving urgent issues with care, and supporting the Operations team in delivering five-star stays.This is the perfect opportunity for someone who's proactive, reliable, and passionate about quality and service.What You'll DoBe the On-the-Ground Hero: Respond to guest-related issues like lockouts, maintenance emergencies, tech glitches, and building service needs-serving as the critical link between guests and internal teams.Ensure Perfection: Conduct thorough unit inspections before guest check-ins and after check-outs, ensuring each apartment meets our high standards for cleanliness, design, and functionality.Support Property Setups: Work alongside the Operations Managers to prepare new units-checking furnishings, supplies, and technology to guarantee everything is guest-ready.Maintain Quality: Perform ongoing walkthroughs to verify that homes align with design specifications, maintenance follow-ups are completed, and interiors reflect our brand quality.Deliver Exceptional Service: Serve as a guest-facing operations contact, working closely with our Customer Experience team to resolve in-stay requests efficiently and thoughtfully.Balance Office & Field Work: Spend most of your time in the field, supported by occasional desk-based coordination using tools like Slack, G Suite, and email.Requirements:
