You will collaborate with team members on a range of topics, including business strategy and transformation, innovation and artificial intelligence, customer experience and strategy, operational efficiency, and regulatory change. Additionally, you will take an active role in managing and developing our team, providing training and coaching to support growth. You will also contribute to the management of our go-to-market campaigns and the development of tailored solutions for our clients.What we are looking forWe are seeking a dynamic, autonomous candidate with strong financial knowledge and a deep understanding of the Luxembourg banking industry. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in delivering and coordinating transformation programs and thrives in a high-pressure environment.You must have excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a strong commitment to problem-solving in complex situations. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as your role will involve working across diverse clients and projects. A passion for staying up to date with industry trends, such as AI, ESG, process efficiency, and business model innovation, is essential.Qualifications
  • An excellent academic track record in one of the following fields: management, business administration, economics, or finance.
  • A first relevant experience either in a financial services firm or in the management consulting practice of a professional services firm in Luxembourg.
  • Strong analytical skills and the capacity to think strategically.
  • Excellent written, communication and presentation skills in both French and English.
  • An agile, growth-oriented mindset, ready to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced world.
