You will work with an international team of Inside Sales mostly located between Luxembourg, Spain and Italy and you will directly report to our Spares Manager.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain long term profitable relationship with the Customers to promote John Zink products and identify ways to anticipate Customers’ needs.
- Prepare customer proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Promote our products and services and technically support the customers.
- Provide global coordination on customer issues where required.
- Lead the Customer Satisfaction process in the assigned territory.
- Develop and keep knowledge of the products.
- Promote operational excellence and profitability for the business.
- Holding a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or equivalent by experience.
- Fluent in English and also in one of the following languages: French, German or Spanish.
- Having analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making capabilities.
- Having a first experience in a similar role, combining sales within a technical environment.
- Flexibility to travel up to 15% of the time.
- You have the ability to work with technical documentation.
- Good communication and negotiations skills, proactivity, and customer-focus.
- Experience working in a multinational industrial environment.
- Good organizational skills to deal efficiently with multiple customer priorities.
