One of our trusted partners, a PFS active for over 20 years in the financial sector, is looking for a Senior Fund Accountant to join their dedicated Funds team. This company prides itself on delivering bespoke services that adapt to clients’ evolving needs while supporting employee growth through ongoing training.Their clientele ranges from regulated to non-regulated funds, primarily in private equity and real estate, and the firm offers a wide range of financial services including accounting, tax consulting, restructuring, and liquidation.With a solid reputation in Luxembourg’s financial market, they foster a workplace culture focused on flexibility and high-quality service.Your Responsibilities | PFS – Fiduciary – Luxembourg – Finance
  • Prepare and review financial statements and NAV reports with precision, ensuring timely submission to clients.
  • Handle detailed regulatory reporting to bodies such as the BCL and CSSF, adhering strictly to deadlines.
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients to address their questions and fulfill their requirements efficiently.
  • Manage the preparation and filing of tax returns, coordinating with tax authorities as needed.
Profile and Career Path | Accounting – Accountancy – Service Provider
  • You bring a minimum of four years’ experience as a Fund Accountant within Luxembourg’s PFS or Big Four.
  • Fluent English is essential due to the international scope of the client portfolio; French language skills are an advantage.
  • You hold a relevant accounting or finance degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).
  • The ideal candidate is dynamic, collaborative, and thrives in a team-oriented setting.
  • Experience working with private equity or real estate portfolios is a must-have for this role.
