An exciting and meaningful role within the important and growing Wealth Management segment of Deutsche Bank Luxembourg. You will have the chance to become the main and reliable contact for Client Advisors and other internal clients. You are part of a small, dynamic and a highly motivated team. Your goals is to maximize client satisfaction as well as establishing credibility and trust, maintaining the highest standards of personal and professional integrity. You are be in touch with our bank-internal specialists (product, credit, risk, legal), and handle complex account related queries and execution of all tasks and processes of the life-cycle of a Private Banking account. You also drive negotiations with internal interfaces and build positive relationship across the bank. You will be accountable for risk and compliance topics by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined.

Key responsibilities:
- Helping client advisors identify new opportunities and undertaking research requests. Write client’s profile for onboarding purpose
- Interact with clients and their representatives during onboarding stage
- Maintain close contact with clients in conjunction with the assigned Client Advisor
- Assist in preparing meetings and provide comprehensive overview about the bank, products and services. Draft call reports when present in client meeting
- Interact with clients frequently for the operational matters
- Draft and know KYC (Know your Client), understand the necessary documents
- Provide and maintain periodic client reviews in line with KYC policies and procedures. Support to perform reviews within the deadline and proactively escalate issues when appropriate
- Provide excellent execution services of all kind of transaction requirements and product application processes: transfers and payments, deposit placement, statements & documents, lending applications, products’ roll-over, mortgage draws
- Back up client advisor for the all office activities
- Participate in the continuous assessment and recommend actions to improve the client coverage processes and operation model
- 3 – 5 years of experience in Financial Services experience, preferably within Private Banking
- Acquired understanding of bank policies, procedures, and operations
- Good problem-solving skills, multitasking, attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills, ability to work under strict deadlines
- Strong customer relationship, communication and presentation skills.
- Positive attitude and dynamic working approach
- Ability to work under pressure, taking full ownership of tasks
- Excellent level of English and Russian (oral and written) and French and German are assets.
- User expertise on Banking IT platform Avaloq is a plus.
