The diversity of our talents is what makes our work environment multicultural, innovative and highly rewarding.About the Role:For our HQs based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a Sales Services Procurement Category Manager with focus on technical devices (coolers), merchandising and permanent POSM who will be reporting directly to the Sales Services Category Leader.Main Responsibilities:By covering this position, you will actively contribute to the definition and execution of the category strategy.You will perform market & spend analysis and provide the management with updated specific analysis to continuously improve the procurement performance.Moreover, you will manage contracts ensuring the agreed delivery and service levels while optimizing value for Ferrero and applying the internal methodologies, procedures, and risk management tools.Maintaining, consolidating, and improving relationships with existing suppliers, to ensure continuity, manage criticalities and escalations will be also under your responsibility.On top of this, your role will be to analyse the industry market, identifying partners that are potentially valuable to foster innovation.
You will conduct negotiations with suppliers of the category, in alignment with internal procedures and Ferrero Code of Business Conduct & Code of Ethics.You will collaborate with the Region General Procurement Managers to optimize and standardize the procurement processes, maximizing the process performance and delivering the best results for the business.Finally, you will manage the relationship with business stakeholders ensuring support and alignment on business requirement.Who we are looking for:You will bring your educational background in Economics, Business Administration or other related fields with around 5 years of experience in Procurement as Category Manager, Regional Manager, or in Sales as Trade marketing Manager in a multinational organization.Moreover, you will bring your experience in supplier portfolio management, tender management, strategic sourcing, contract management, project management, trade marketing and sales activities like merchandising, point of sale materials, and technical devices.You are showing strong interpersonal skills and internal stakeholder management with enthusiasm and commitment to excellence with a result-oriented approach.Apply directly & join our family!How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero:Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
