
Senior HR Generalist

- Lead full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Advise and support managers and employees on HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, and employee development
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding process
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training and development needs and facilitate training initiatives
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and professionalism
- HR certification (e.g. PHR, SPHR) is a plus
