Overview:Collaboration Betters The World ( ), is a company providing tech et business solutions to its clients, through the expertise of its 5 services lines.As a Senior Business analyst, you will join our Strategy, Product and Transformation service line, where we are shaping visionary strategies and robust governance to drive sustainable business successes. Responsibilities:What will you do ?
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, needs, and challenges. Conduct interviews, workshops, and research to elicit and document functional and technical requirements.
  • Solution Design and Documentation: Work closely with stakeholders and development teams to translate business requirements into detailed system specifications, use cases, and user stories. Document functional and non-functional requirements, process flows, and data models.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of IT solutions.
  • Knowledge in methodology (Agile, Kanban, Scrum, Waterfall, Lean..) or are used to work on change activities with matrixial teams using Agile or V approaches. Knowledge in project management methodology (PMI, SCRUM, Prince2, …)
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Support the testing team by reviewing test cases, conducting functional testing, and participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the implemented solutions meet the business requirements.
Qualifications:Who are you ?
  • In-depth knowledge of banking sector (accounting, regulatory, risk) is required.
  • Strong SQL proficiency for interacting with databases, executing queries, and performing data manipulation and analysis.
  • Certifications: ECBA, CCBA, CBAP is a plus.
  • Agile certification: PSPO.
  • Fluent in French and English (is mandatory).
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience with Business Analyst.
  • Hold a degree in computer science (apprenticeship is a plus).
