  • In close collaboration with the Senior associates and Partner, you will be in charge of incorporations, mergers, acquisitions and other transactions for your clients.
  • Additionally, you will be in charge of drafting the legal documentation related to your clients’ needs. This can include statutes, contracts, agreements and so forth.
  • You will conduct legal monitoring to remain updated on applicable laws and regulations.
  • You will work with clients from across the globe, meaning that you will have exposure to a wide variety of cases.

  • We are looking for a candidate who has acquired 1,5 to 4 years of experience in the Corporate/M&A department of a law firm in Luxembourg.
  • For this position, you need to be fluent in English as you will join an international environment with mostly English-speaking clients and lawyers. French is an additional asset but not mandatory.
  • You have obtained the CCDL and are ideally enrolled on List II on the Luxembourg Bar.
  • You are motivated and really want to join a firm in which there are numerous growth opportunities allowing you to become Senior, Counsel or even Partner in time, while also evolving in a more human-sized team.
