Contract: Fixed-term contract (maternity & parental leave cover - 1 year)This position is ideal for a proactive, well-organized and versatile professional, able to handle executive support, event coordination and communication with multiple internal and external stakeholders.Key responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and internal teams.
- Oversee front desk activities and supervise Business Support Assistants.
- Organize meetings, workshops, internal events and business travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, reports and dashboards.
- Manage suppliers and general services, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
- 2 to 8 years of experience in executive support, administrative coordination or event management.
- Degree in Administration, Management or a related field is an advantage.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English are mandatory (French is considered a strong asset).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, autonomy and professionalism.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, intermediate Excel).
