Manpower Permanent Placement is currently recruiting an Executive Support Coordinator PORT /GB (M/F/X) for one of its clients, a well-established financial institution based in Luxembourg.Location: Kirchberg, Luxembourg
Contract: Fixed-term contract (maternity & parental leave cover - 1 year)This position is ideal for a proactive, well-organized and versatile professional, able to handle executive support, event coordination and communication with multiple internal and external stakeholders.Key responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and internal teams.
  • Oversee front desk activities and supervise Business Support Assistants.
  • Organize meetings, workshops, internal events and business travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, reports and dashboards.
  • Manage suppliers and general services, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
Your profile :
  • 2 to 8 years of experience in executive support, administrative coordination or event management.
  • Degree in Administration, Management or a related field is an advantage.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English are mandatory (French is considered a strong asset).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, autonomy and professionalism.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, intermediate Excel).
