1. Lead strategic safety initiatives and interventions by collaborating with ACES Teams, Operations Engineering etc and WHS partners to scope, design, and execute high-impact projects focused on safety enhancement, cost benefit, productivity improvement projects, ensuring the projects are safely implemented
2. Drive excellence in project execution through robust change management methodologies, ensuring seamless implementation while maintaining operational efficiency and safety standards across assigned facilities
3. Develop and maintain structured communication frameworks to provide regular progress updates to Regional WHS Managers, Project Managers, and key stakeholders
4. Strengthen safety culture by delivering coaching on risk assessment to WHS teams, while implementing robust verification mechanisms to ensure consistent adoption of Network Actions and Program Updates across the EU networkAbout the team

Join us in protecting what matters most, our people.Basic Qualifications- A Bachelor degree or equivalent level of qualification in line with the European Qualifications Framework (EQF)
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
- Experience in an environmental Health & Safety (EHS) related fieldPreferred Qualifications- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience defining and executing program requirements
