This financial services provider has been supporting an international client base for over a decade in the structuring and administration of alternative investment funds. Part of a well-established European group, the Luxembourg office – home to around fifty professionals – has grown into a key player, recognized for its structured yet human-scale approach.Locally, the company fosters a culture that values transparency, collaboration, and continuous learning. In line with its steady growth and strengthening its support functions, the firm is now looking to hire a Senior AML Officer. This role is instrumental in reinforcing the compliance framework while actively contributing to the implementation of pragmatic, efficient, and group-aligned AML practices.Your Responsibilities | AML – Compliance – PSF – Fund
  • Working closely with senior management and operational teams, you will act as the local AML/CFT point of contact. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and validating investor and client due diligence, conducting PEP/sanctions/adverse media screenings, and managing periodic or event-driven reviews.
  • Your scope will also involve enhancing internal procedures, drafting regulatory reports, preparing for audits, and liaising with local authorities. Moreover, you will support the development of internal awareness by leading AML-related training and sharing regulatory updates.
  • As part of a growing and collaborative structure, you will also be encouraged to participate in transversal projects aimed at evolving the group’s compliance strategy.
Profile and Career Path | AML – Compliance – PSF – Fund
  • You bring at least 3 years of experience in AML/CFT compliance, ideally gained in the fund industry, a PSF, or a specialized advisory/audit firm.
  • Fluency in French and English is essential to handle day-to-day communications. Knowledge of Luxembourgish or another European language is considered a plus.
  • You are known for your precision, analytical mindset, and intellectual curiosity. You thrive in environments where people are trusted to work autonomously and where integrity and teamwork are encouraged.
  • Holding a professional certification (such as ICA or CAMS) would be considered an additional asset.
