Our client is currently seeking a Corporate Associate with prior experience in a law firm in Luxembourg.The firm operates with a human-sized structure of approximately 40 professionals, allowing for strong interpersonal relationships and effective collaboration. The Corporate team consists of around 10 lawyers and provides an excellent work model fostering both independence and support.All lawyers, regardless of their seniority, are involved in interesting and complex cases. You will be responsible for managing corporate and M&A matters with a certain degree of autonomy. Of course, senior associates and partners will remain available for support when needed.
You will be expected to draft, negotiate and review a wide range of legal documents, including agreements, resolutions, and more complex documents related to contract structuring and restructuring.
You will work directly with clients, providing tailored legaladvice on corporate strategy and regulatory matters. Building and maintaining strong, trusted client relationships will be essential.
You will coordinate with third parties such as notaries, banks, and service providers, as well as collaborate with internal teams, including investment funds lawyers.

Profile and Career Path | Law – Corporate – Attorney – Lawyer – Finance – Legal

You have at least 3 years of experience as a Corporate Lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg.
You are fluent in both French and English, which is essential for effective communication with clients and handling legal documentation.
You have a solid understanding of mergers and acquisitions transactions.
Strong communication skills are key for successful coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
You are a team player but also capable of working independently.
