We're looking for a sharp and dedicated Funds & Client Operations Specialist to join an asset management company right here in Luxembourg. If you've got some experience in fund administration or asset management and are eager to grow in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect fit for you!Tasks:
  • You'll be in charge of making sure all financial data aligns, specifically for cash, interest, and paydowns.
  • Ensure smooth transaction execution, handling everything from deal settlements and confirmations to document collection and fund transfers.
  • You'll play a key role in optimizing portfolio revenues by reviewing and confirming generated interest and income.
  • You'll manage internal loan tracking systems, inputting, monitoring, and updating data as needed.
  • You'll oversee portfolios managed by our external service providers, making sure all data is reconciled properly.
  • You'll drive various loan processes, including reviewing notices and rollover agreements.
  • Obtaining relevant loan documents, including tax compliance paperwork, and resolving any related issues will also be part of your role.
  • You'll prepare analytical support, creating and maintaining worksheets for different funds and investment vehicles, and assisting with closings.
  • You'll ensure the accuracy of all information shared with our Portfolio team.
  • You'll be the go-to person for liaising with custodians and helping out with audit confirmations.
Profile:
  • Master's degree in accounting, economics, or finance.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience ideally within Asset Management or Banking. Relevant experience in fund administration, depositary, securities is also appreciated
  • Any experience or knowledge in Private Equity/Private Debt, loans, would be a big plus.
  • You should have excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • French and English language is mandatory
