1. Manage office facilities and equipment and improve services. Manages office security. Property service budget formulation and execution, including staff canteen operation.
2. Develop and execute the facility operation budget of the country where the account department is located, approve and control expenses, ensure reasonable requirements, and control costs.
3. Responsible for office operation management: including front desk service, cleaning, courier, security service and other daily work management and contract management, responsible for office space planning and allocation, optimization management;
4. Participate in the development and execution of facility and equipment management strategies, resource introduction, and IFM supplier performance management.
5. Responsible for the procurement business of department and ensure business compliance and efficient execution.
6. HR support to organizational atmosphere improvement, work visa applications.Requirements:1. The candidate has over five years of experience in procurement and possesses strong data analysis skills.
2. They have a background in administrative management and demonstrate the ability to effectively drive problem-solving.
3. They are experienced in event planning and management, with the capability to allocate and utilize resources efficiently.
4. They have excellent communication skills, strong initiative, and teamwork capabilities, enabling them to engage key stakeholders to understand and resolve issues.
5. They demonstrate a strong service mindset and are committed to providing support to internal and external stakeholders.
6. They are able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality in their output to support day-to-day departmental operations.
7. The candidate holds a bachelor’s degree or above.
8.
