  • You will manage a portfolio primarily composed of AIFs and SPVs in Real Estate.
  • You will be responsible for corporate governance, including organizing board meetings.
  • Drafting legal documents such as minutes, resolutions, and agreements will be part of your daily tasks.
  • You will be required to liaise with third parties such as notaries and lawyers.
  • Working closely with other teams, such as accounting, for the preparation of annual accounts will also be part of your responsibilities.

  • You have at least 6 years of experience as a corporate officer in a similar environment (fiduciary, PFS, asset management). Understanding the type of environment you may join is essential.
  • Being comfortable with both SPVs and AIFs in Real Estate is crucial to efficiently manage your future portfolio. Knowledge of AIFs is considered an asset.
  • To communicate effectively with colleagues and third parties, fluency in English is required.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for this position, as it involves liaising with multiple stakeholders.
