Missions

As part of the centralised PMO team within the Strategy and Projects Section, you will actively contribute to the delivery of BCL’s projects and programs. You will be in charge of managing or supporting assigned projects/programs, by coordinating internal as well as external stakeholders: business area(s) sponsor(s), relevant steering bodies and other project teams. You will also contribute in the proper functioning and improvement of the PMO mission in alignment with the strategy of the BCL with the Bank’s project portfolio.

Profil

Compétences techniques
  • For the project manager role: Minimum 6 years of professional experience, of which at least 4 years as a project manager;
  • For the program manager role: Minimum 12 years of professional experience, of which at least 8 years as a project and/or program manager;
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and hands-on experience with agile projects/programmes are required;
  • Sound project management skills and very good knowledge of the technologies, trends and business practices in the field of responsibility;
  • Familiarity with project/program management methodologies, tools and techniques. Project/program management certification would be considered as a distinct asset;
  • Proven experience in projects within the financial sector or statistics as well as experience in coordinating teams in a multicultural environment;
Compétences comportementales
  • Fluency in English and French both written and spoken are mandatory. A good level of Luxembourgish or German is considered as an asset;
  • Understanding of the needs and the expectations of the different business areas of the clients and ability to communicate in a clear and objective manner.
