Finance & Administration Manager (m/f/x) – German mandatory

• Ensure accurate and timely financial administration and monthly closings
• Prepare financial reports and liaise with the headquarters in Rotterdam
• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable activities
• Monitor cash flow and support financial planning
• Manage VAT declarations across multiple European countries (LU, NL, BE, DE) in coordination with external advisors
• Handle payroll administration and ensure compliance with Luxembourg regulations
• Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding administrative matters
• Coordinate daily office management and administrative processes
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors and local authorities
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Identify and implement improvements in financial and administrative processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Administration
• Solid experience in financial administration and reporting
• Good understanding of cross-border VAT and European tax regulations
• Experience in payroll administration in Luxembourg is a strong asset
• Fluent in German and English is mandatory; French or Dutch is considered an advantage
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy and sense of responsibility
• Ability to work independently and manage a wide range of tasks
• Experience in an international or logistics environment is a plus
