- Carry out the research specified by the UNITE project (such as integrating fault prediction and localization through the co-evolution of tests and code, developing the framework, conducting the service simulation and deploying the service to the community for a user study)
- Contribute to project deliverables, milestones, demonstrations, and meetings
- Disseminate results through scientific publications, especially in software debugging and maintenance
- Conducting joint and independent research in Software Engineering and particularly in Software Debugging and Maintenance areas
- Provide guidance to Master students and PhD students studying in Software Engineering
- High-ranked journals such as the Transactions on Software Engineering and Empirical Software Engineering
- High-ranked SE conferences such as ICSE and ESEC/FSE

- A PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Programming Language or related disciplines
- Documented research expertise in the area of Software Engineering
- Strong programming and analytical skills
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory
- Publications in top tier conferences
- Commitment, affinity for working in a group, and a critical mind
- Industrial experience in software testing will be considered an advantage
