- Taking care of the after sales process for an assigned group of European customers;
- Communicating with customers, vendors, freight forwarders and colleagues around the world daily;
- Processing inquiries and orders, ranging from entering orders in our ERP system (NetSuite) to the successful delivery of our high-quality products;
- Working together with our vendors to ensure a smooth processing of the orders from our customers;
- Working closely with our sales managers to provide the best service to our customer by understanding their needs and identifying sales opportunities;
- Becoming the first point of contact for our customers. Being able to answer any question or forward them to the responsible person within our organization;
- Guided by our Sales Managers, making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads as well as the improvement of the office showroom coordinating the Sales;
- Taking over some administrational tasks of the local office in Luxembourg;
- Assisting the advancement and maintenance of our database of current and potential customers thereby contributing to the further growth of the company.
- 2 years minimum of experience in customer service, export/import, sales support, purchase assistance.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and French is a must; any other language especially German is considered an asset.
- Experience in working with an ERP software
- Able to work precisely with strong organizational skills.
- Customer- orientated and the ability to resolve day-to-day challenges.
- Able multi-task and think proactively.
- Self-motivated, flexible, willingness to work both – in a team and individually.
- Live close enough to our office to commute without issues.
