  • You will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and reviewing legal documents such as financing agreements, security documents, and other contractual arrangements.
  • In this position, you will have the opportunity to work on both regulatory and transactional matters, including cross-border financial operations.
  • You will adopt an advisory role by drafting legal opinions and providing strategic legal guidance to clients.
  • You will conduct legal monitoring to stay up to date with regulatory developments and proactively inform clients through newsletters or legal updates.
  • You will assist in structuring and implementing complex financing transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and industry standards.
  • You will liaise with clients, counterparties, regulators, and internal teams to manage transaction workflows and mitigate legal risks.
Profile and Career Path | Finance – Law – Attorney – Regulatory – Legal - Banking – B&F
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in the Banking & Finance sector within a law firm in Luxembourg enabling you to quickly become autonomous in managing your cases.
  • Fluency in English is essential, allowing you to confidently communicate with your international clients and colleagues. Knowledge of French or German will be considered an asset.
  • You possess a proactive mindset and excellent analytical skills, helping you manage complex transactions efficiently and with attention to detail.
  • Your communication skills are outstanding, making you capable of building long-term, trusted relationships with both clients and internal teams.
