As the Head of Total Rewards and Performance within the Group, you will be in charge and responsible for all the compensation and benefits actions, year-end performance and reward analyses and review, data surveys and benchmarking, regulatory requirements and regulatory reporting.Key Accountabilities
  • Manage a team composed of Reward Analysts and Compensation Specialists.
  • Develop and maintain compensation and benefits plans and programs, collaborating with stakeholders, to attract, engage and retain key talent.
  • Oversee strategies and policies for all compensation and benefits elements (base salary, variable / deferred and incentive schemes, equity pay program, benefits and other non-cash reward components).
  • Partner with external compensation and benefits consultants and provide up to date high quality data analysis and reward trends to support appropriate competitive and consistent pay level and mix to meet business goals and requirements.
  • Ensure our policies and actions reflect best practice to support fairness, equality, employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Participate with the Group Human Resources to design, develop and implement Total Rewards strategies in line with Quintet's strategy, company values and Employee Value Proposition.
  • Work with country HR representatives and HR Business Partners across functions and entities to tailor rewards programs to the specific needs of the business and country requirements.
  • Manage the communication around compensation and prepare all relevant documentation relative to gender pay and other diversity remuneration reporting as required.
  • Ensure compliance of all salary, variable pay and benefits programs to relevant legislation and Quintet Remuneration Policy.
  • Ensure compliance with CRD V, UCITS, SFDR and update our Group Remuneration policy including local specification.
  • Be accountable for all Regulatory and Reward reporting; create and design framework for Group (and group entities) to provide information using our internal systems as much as possible.
  • Manage the liaison with the Payroll team to process cash and deferred payments and produce statements.
Knowledge and Experience
  • Minimum 10 years working experience as a Reward specialist in a fast-paced environment, within international organisations undergoing complex BAU whilst managing a transformational change agenda.
  • Knowledge of European and UK legislation from a regulatory perspective.
  • Development and implementation of a remuneration strategy, including managing the change
  • Understanding of the legal and compliance requirements of the banking industry
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organisation and provide information in a concise and timely way.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to deliver projects to plan, cost and quality.
  • Strong team player.
  • Adherence to confidentiality of information and data protection is a prerequisite
Technical Skills
  • Numerate and well used to working with complex data files.
  • MS Office (PPT, Word, Excel), SuccessFactors (advantage)
  • Thorough knowledge of the EU and UK remuneration regulations (eg CRD IV, AIFMD, UCITS, PRA guidelines, etc)
  • GDPR regulatory knowledge.
Languages Skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Good command of French would be a valuable advantage
